Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49.99. A flat shipping rate, shown at checkout, applies to orders below that threshold.
• Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier.

International shipping

International shipping is available to many countries and is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Some products may be restricted in certain countries; please check your local regulations before ordering.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, and reshipment may incur additional charges.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email support@oprimaze.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
