Refund policy

We stand behind the product with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

This policy applies to purchases made from https://oprimazesleep.com, operated by Nanolab LLC (doing business as Oprimaze).

30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the purchase price — even if the pack has been opened and tried. We want you to feel confident giving the strips a try.

How to request a refund

Email support@oprimaze.com with your order number and the email used at checkout, and let us know what didn’t work for you. We’ll confirm your eligibility and next steps. For certain returns we may ask you to return remaining product or provide a photo; we’ll tell you if so, and cover return shipping when we do.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Square. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We’ll email you when your refund is processed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

Order changes & cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped. Once an order has shipped, our 30-day guarantee above applies.

Exclusions

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • The guarantee is intended for personal, good-faith use and is limited to a reasonable quantity per customer; we may decline repeated or abusive claims.
  • Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate terms provided at the time of purchase.
