How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nanolab LLC, doing business as Oprimaze(“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with https://oprimazesleep.com and our products. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Contact details (name, email, phone), shipping and billing address, order details, communications with our support team, and — if you apply — wholesale application details and veterans-program materials (which may include proof-of-service documents).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Square. Square collects and processes your payment card information under its own privacy terms; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may collect device and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links — through cookies and similar technologies, including basic analytics used to understand and improve the Site.

How we use your information

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and send order confirmations and receipts;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Process wholesale and veterans-program applications;
  • Send marketing or product emails where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers that act on our behalf — including Square (payments), shipping and fulfillment carriers, and our hosting, analytics, and email providers — under obligations to protect it;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functionality and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention requirements), after which we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive submissions such as veterans-program documents are stored with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) and Nevada residents have specific rights, including the right to opt out of any “sale” of personal information — and, as noted above, we do not sell your personal information. To exercise a right, email support@oprimaze.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children’s privacy

The Site and our products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and your information is processed in the U.S. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to processing your information in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Please review it periodically.
